MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Please note that pool and garden maintenance services will be carried out at least once a week, depending on the season. If you do not wish them to be carried out at certain times during the day, please let us know in advance. 

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT

The periodic rent of the accommodation and the compulsory extras and chosen extras (legal stablished VAT included), shall be paid as follows:

 - 10% of the above price shall be paid in advance as a deposit on the working day following the signing of the contract.

- The second payment of 65% (or 75% in the event that the 10% deposit has not been paid), is due 30 days prior to the start of the reservation date of the property.

- The third payment or the remaining 25% payment is due 7 days before the arrival of the tenant.

The price encloses “lodging services” as detail:

               - Towels and linen exchange during the stay (once per week)
               - Clean services during the stay (once per week) maximum 2 hours

Prior to arrival at the property, the tenant shall surrender a deposit in euros, in accordance with the provisions set forth in article 36 of the Spanish Urban Lease Act, in proportion to the period of the lease. This deposit shall be returned in between 7 to 14 days at the termination of the contract when the property has been duly checked by The Stay Elegance S.L.

All rental payments are to be made prior to the arrival of the tenant, taking into account the deadlines stipulated above. All compulsory or contracted extras and the deposit must be paid 7 days before the arrival of the tenant.

The tenant will only receive an original copy of the contract and a set of keys if the following conditions have been fulfilled:

* All rental payments and compulsory and chosen extras made within the stipulated term of the contract
* The deposit will be blocked on the credit card before the keys are handed over to the property

Should the tenant cancel the reservation there is a penalty that depends on the number of days remaining until the commencement of the rental period:

In case of NO SHOW, the tourist will lose 100% of the rental amount.

For this purpose, the tenant must give notice of cancellation in writing by any means requiring proof of receipt.
